Reminder

Country teams and implementing partners should complete Q3 FY2026 submissions in FACTS Info according to the published reporting calendar. Late or incomplete narratives can delay interagency review.

Required Actions

  1. Validate treatment and prevention cascade totals against site-level sources
  2. Attach clarification annexes where the mission requested follow-up
  3. Mark narratives Final only after system validations pass
  4. Confirm commodity risk flags are current for the quarter

Quality Tips

Use the in-system checklist for country-specific notes. Keep free-text fields free of personal identifiers. Prefer short, descriptive annex filenames.

If an upload fails near the deadline, open a FACTS Info support ticket immediately and retain screenshots of error messages for troubleshooting.
