FACTS Info (Foreign Assistance Coordination and Tracking System) is the U.S. Government's interagency information system for planning, budgeting, and reporting on foreign assistance programs.

Mission

FACTS Info supports the coordination of U.S. foreign assistance by providing a centralized platform for tracking program activities, funding allocations, and performance results across multiple federal agencies.

Participating Agencies

The system is managed by the Office of the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator and Health Diplomacy (S/GAC) within the U.S. Department of State.
