About FACTS Info

FACTS Info (Foreign Assistance Coordination and Tracking System) is the U.S. Government's interagency information system for planning, budgeting, and reporting on foreign assistance programs.

Mission

FACTS Info supports the coordination of U.S. foreign assistance by providing a centralized platform for tracking program activities, funding allocations, and performance results across multiple federal agencies.

Key Functions

• Country Operational Plan (COP) planning and budgeting
• Program performance tracking and reporting
• Interagency coordination for PEPFAR and other initiatives
• Data analysis and visualization for decision-making

Participating Agencies

FACTS Info is used by multiple U.S. Government agencies including the Department of State, USAID, CDC, Department of Defense, Department of Health and Human Services, Peace Corps, and others involved in foreign assistance programs.

Management

The system is managed by the Office of the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator and Health Diplomacy (S/GAC) within the U.S. Department of State.
